JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 07-05-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 488 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 332, 333, 336, 353, 307, 427, 290, 435, 323, 341 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution story is that due to the death of two persons in the accident, a large number of persons blocked the road and in spite of intervention of the police, they did not agree to leave the blockade and later on, they became violent damaged the vehicles and also set the vehicle on fire and the whole action was captured in videography and the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. along with 28 named persons and 200 unknown persons. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner and he has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Sadar P.S.
