Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with the direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection with Srikrishnapuri P.S. Case No.74 of 2021.

3. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
