2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 96 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Section 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner, being a married person and having two sons, kidnapped the victim and put vermilion on her head. The victim narrated the occurrence in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the CrPC.

4. Considering these facts, the Hon'ble Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, in Cr. Misc. No. 17156 of 2021 had rejected the anticipatory bail petition way back in 2022. Instead of appearing before the court below and making a prayer for regular bail, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32206 of 2024(9) dt.14-10-2025 2/2 petitioner has preferred a second anticipatory bail petition.

5. Accordingly, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and the same is hereby rejected. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/- U T
