Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No. 975 of 2016 registered under Sections307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is an old lady aged about 74 years. Learned counsel has filed a supplementary affidavit showing that charge-sheet has not been submitted under section 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner lives separately from the informant and her husband.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8062 of 2017 (2) dt.27-02-2017 2/2 to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No. 975 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
