This application, for grant of regular bail, arises out of Doriganj Police Station Case No. 392 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

It is alleged that 120 litres of Desi liquor has been recovered from the plastic bags of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 21.02.2023 and he has clean antecedent. Considering the fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge-II-cum-Exclusive Special Judge Excise-1, Saran
