Taking into consideration that petitioner is said to have opened fire causing death of the deceased of the present case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Jehanabad P.S.Case No. 59 of 2016, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad stands rejected.
