JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 323, 325, 307, 353, 386, 387, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is general and omnibus and some other co-accused have been allowed anticipatory bail by different Coordinate Benches of this Court vide Annexure- 2 series. Considering the aforesaid facts, let, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61139 of 2018 (2) dt.04-10-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya/Successor Court in connection with Paraiya Police Station Case No. 187 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
