Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though in the first paragraph of the application,"Belaganj P.S. Case No. 379 of 2021" has rightly been mentioned but inadvertently, in the prayer portion of the petition, the Police Station Case No. has wrongly been mentioned as "Belaganj P.S.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20695 of 2022(2) dt.29-04-2022 2/3 Case No. 379 of 2012" in place of "Belaganj P.S. Case No. 379 of 2021".
Counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of the application. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Belaganj P.S. Case No. 379 of 2021 registered under Sections 498(A)304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the accused persons including the petitioners is of committing torture and causing death of the victim due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The petitioner No. 1 is mother-in-law whereas petitioner Nos. 2, 3 & 4 are brothers-in-law of the deceased respectively. They are separate in mess and property from husband of the deceased. They have got no concern with the alleged occurrence. The husband of the deceased is in custody. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or

No.20695 of 2022(2) dt.29-04-2022 3/3 surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Gaya in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 379 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
