There is a Recreation Club run by the Department of Post & Telegraph for its employees which provides several recreational facilities. Since one of the games so available in the Club i.e. Badminton, is sought to be withdrawn that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6431 of 2019(2) dt.02-04-2019 2/2 petitioner feeling aggrieved is before this Court. Having heard learned counsel for the parties we are satisfied to record that no cause for Public Interest is made out because in our opinion it is absolutely the discretion of the owner of the Club i.e. Department of Posts to decide on the recreational facilities available within the Club and this Court cannot act as an adviser in such matters.

The writ petition is dismissed.
