JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-12-2021 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present petition, however, seeks a direction upon the learned court below to complete the trial expeditiously in view of the fact that out of total number of 8 witnesses, six have already been examined and only two prosecution witnesses are remaining to be examined. The learned APP for the State, Ms. Anita Kumari Singh, has got no objection in case any direction is given to the learned court below .

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of as not pressed, however, with a direction to the learned court of Additional District and Sessions Judge- 1st cum Special Judge, Kishanganj in connection with Tedhagachh P.S. Case No. 62 of 2016 to expedite the trial and complete the same preferably
