Petitioner seeks bail in Phulparas P.S. Case No.74 of 1998 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 325, 504, 334 Indian Penal Code. Later on, Section 307 Indian Penal Code was also added.

In the written report, there is specific allegation of assault against Sigul Paswan.

There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner that he abused the members of the prosecution party.. He is in custody since 21.06.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above

No.60037 of 2018 (2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani, in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No.74 of 1998, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
