Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case is fully covered by an identical matter in C.W.J.C. no. 13233 of 2019, which was disposed off by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide judgment dated 23.09.2022, hence the present writ application may be disposed in similar terms.
