====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-02-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This application has been filed for a direction to the respondents to ensure fair and scientific investigation in Samastipur town Police Station Case No. 241/2019, lodged for offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 384, 386, 504, 506, 500/120B of the IPC.
At the outset, learned counsel for the State submits that similar issue has already been set at rest by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 9.9.2022, passed in Cr.W.C.No.153 of 2017 (Surendra Singh vs State of Bihar and
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.60 of 2021(3) dt.16-02-2023 2/2 others) and other analogous cases.
Since, similar issue has already been decided by a coordinate bench of this Court, this criminal writ petition is also disposed of in terms of aforesaid order.
