This application, for grant of regular bail, arises out of Sessions Trial No. 184 of 2023, arising out of Supaul Police Station Case No. 106 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

It is alleged that 260.25 litres of Indian Made Foreign liquor has been recovered from the Mahindra Supro Lx green colour four wheeler of the petitioners. The petitioners are in custody since 14.02.2023 and petitioner No.1 has no criminal antecedent and petitioner No. 2 has two criminal antecedent in which he is (petitioner No.2) on bail.

Considering the fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge (Excise), Court No.01, Supaul, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 184 of 2023, arising out of Supaul Police Station Case No. 106 of 2023.
