2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2975(C) of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 354(B), 379, 386, 420, 120(B) and 498(A) of IPC.

3. According to the allegation, the marriage of the complainant was solemnized with the petitioner on 20.11.2020. After some days, the petitioner and his mother started torturing the complainant. Her sister-in-law also started torturing her. There is an allegation of demand of dowry of Rs. 5 lakhs.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20196 of 2025(5) dt.24-09-2025 2/2 that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. The petitioner is a Panchayat teacher in a school, situated 5-6 km away from his house. The complainant was putting pressure on him to reside separately after leaving his widow mother, which is not possible for the petitioner, as he cannot leave his widow mother and reside with the complainant seperately.

5. The impugned order also transpires that the petitioner became furious when the complainant was adamant on her stand.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XI, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 2975(C) of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

7. The petitioner shall pay Rs. 5,000 per month to the complainant as interim maintenance.
