Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

In huge quantity Corex cough syrup were recovered from the possession of the petitioner but from perusal of the first information report itself, it is clear that the petitioner runs a medical store and had purchased seized cough syrup and had valid papers. Moreover, informant claims that some documents regarding the aforesaid seized cough syrup were found missing which created doubt in the mind of the informant.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur
