2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Vigilance P.S. Case No. 112 of 2025 dated 15.12.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Section 7(a) of the Prevention of Corruption Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner being a Revenue Officer is alleged to have taken Rs. 5,000/- as bribe money.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. It has further been submitted that it is the petitioner who is the first offender.

It is further submitted that charge sheet has been filed in this case. There is no allegation of tampering against the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to co-operate in the trial.

5. Learned counsel for the Vigilance has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner by submitting that the petitioner was found to have been taken illegal gratification.

6. Heard the parties and perused the records.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cumSpecial Judge (Vigilance), Bhagalpur in connection with Vigilance P.S. Case No. 112 of 2025, with the following conditions:- (i). The petitioner is directed to co-operate in the trial and be well represented on each and every date fixed in the trial and failure to appear on two consecutive dates, the court below would be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner. (ii). It is further directed that if the petitioner gets
