Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 549 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a poor labourer and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He has no concern with the alleged recovered articles. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 14.08.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
