The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kudhani (Turki O.P.), P.S. Case No. 609 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 399/402/120(B) of the I.P.C. and Section 25 (1b) A, 26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that allegation against this petitioner is that on search one country made loaded pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 13.12.2018. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than three
