Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.
This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Mahila P.S. Case No. 19 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 506 and 367 /34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners are landlord of shopkeeper and after about 40 days of alleged occurrence, this case has been registered against the petitioners at the instance of the shopkeeper against whom a complaint case was filed by one of the petitioners.
Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Chapra, in connection with Mahila P.S.
