JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-03-2019 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Naugachia P.S. Case No. 335 of 2018, dated 02.10.2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)A and 26/35 of the Arms Act.

After some arguments, Mr. Mritunjay Kumar Mishra, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and seek bail. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
