1. The petitioners have approached this Court for a direction to the respondents for revising of their pay-scales in tune with Government notification, issued under Resolution No. 3590/F dated 24.05.2017 read with Resolution No. 8145 dated 13.10.2017, by which, the pay-scale of Panchayat Supervisors has been upgraded with effect from 01.01.2016.

2. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that a representation to that effect has been made by the petitioners before the Block Development Officer, Bikramganj, district Rohtas at Sasaram, in the district of Rohtas, which has yet not been responded to/acted upon.

3. Under the aforesaid circumstances, this Court directs the petitioners to make a fresh representation before the Block Development Officer, Bikramganj, District - Rohtas at Sasaram (respondent No. 4), detailing their grievances, within a period of three weeks from today. On receipt of such representation, the concerned respondent shall dispose it off by passing a reasoned order within a further period of six weeks thereafter.

4. With the aforesaid observation and direction,the writ petition stands disposed off.
