JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 04-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner prays for anticipatory bail in a case under Sections 364/34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the main accused Ali Imam Shah and two other co-accused have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court by order dated 26.03.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11890/2015 considering the fact that the daughter of the said main accused had filed a complaint case under Section 498A and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act against the informant and his family

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43230 of 2015 (2) dt.04-11-2015 2/2 members and subsequently the present case has been filed. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the aforesaid order dated 26.3.2015 of this Court, it is directed that the petitioner, Md. Allauddin, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 258/2013 to the satisfaction of the SDJM, Pupri at Sitamarhi, subject to the other conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Ramesh Kumar Datta, J) S.Pandey/- U T
