The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 215 of 2019, G.R. No. 1632 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Moreover, the name of this petitioner transpired in this case on the statement of the Chaukidar. The petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 13.01.2020.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,
