2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation in the FIR, it is a case of snatching of a mobile along with cash of Rs.2500/- from the informant by the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and the petitioner is not named in the FIR.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
6. On perusal of the first information report and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 22789 of 2024(2) dt.29-04-2024 2/2 impugned order dated 05.07.2023, it appears that the name of the petitioner is figured on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused and petitioner is obstructing the official duty, due to which the work has not done and some of the witnesses have also supported the case of the prosecution, so I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
7. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
