The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Gaunaha P.S. Case No. 135/2020, registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 354-A, 354-B, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner and the materials available on record, in the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
