JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-09-2024 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties that in compliance to the order of this Court dated 20.2.2020, passed in CWJC No. 847 of 2019 by this Court, the District Manager, State Food Corporation, Vaishali, has already passed a reasoned order dated 21.2.2022, rejecting the claim of the petitioner, hence, the order of this Court has stood complied with.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to challenge the aforesaid order dated 21.2.2022. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands
