2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 8, 8(c), 20(b), 22(c), 29 of the N.D.P.S Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, on secret information, raid was conducted in the house of the petitioner, upon search 228.23 grams of Heroine kept in plastic pouches was recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner has got eight criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State opposing the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the recovery and criminal antecedents

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26730 of 2024(3) dt.28-06-2024 2/2 of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected in connection with Buxar Muffasil P.S.Case No. 03 of 2024, pending in the court of Learned District Judge cum Special Court N.D.P.S Act , Buxar.
