In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 131 of 2012 registered for offences under sections 341, 323, 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the first information report, the accused persons committed rape one by one upon a deaf and dumb girl. The counsel for the petitioner submits that this case has been lodged as a counter blast on account of the fact that the father of the victim and husband of the informant is an accused in Amarpur P.S.
