Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Revilganj P.S. Case No. 214 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant who is the father of the deceased alleged that petitioner along with other co-accused has killed his son by cutting his head and thereafter thrown his body into the river. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. There is general and omnibus allegation against petitioner. There is no any eye witness of the alleged occurrence. He has no criminal antecedent. He is in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63397 of 2018(2) dt.26-10-2018 2/2 custody since 09.06.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-8th, Saran at Chapra in connection with Revilganj P.S. Case No. 214 of 2017.
