Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 385 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but from perusal of the impugned order, it would appear that the petitioner was arrested in Nayagaown P.S. Case no. 18/2016 and made his confessional statement disclosing his involvement in the present case. It further appears from perusal of the impugned order as well as para 3 of the petition that except criminal antecedent as well as so-called confessional statement of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Begusarai Nayagaown P.S.
