It appears that the petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 02.04.2019, but inadvertently, in the fourth paragraph from the bottom of the order dated 20.11.2019, in place of confirming the provisional anticipatory bail of the petitioner, it has been recorded as under:- "Considering the present stand of the parties, in order to save the informant and her children from vagrancy and destitution with a lurking hope that the issue may reconcile in future, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19564 of 2019(10) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Pranpur P.S. Case No. 162 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C."

In the circumstances, the fourth paragraph from the bottom of the order dated 20.11.2019 be treated to be modified only to the extent as indicated below :- " Considering the present stand of the parties, in order to save the informant and her children from vagrancy and destitution with a lurking hope that the issue may reconcile in future, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 02.04.2019, in connection with Pranpur P.S. Case No. 162 of 2018, pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar is hereby confirmed."

Rest of the conditions as stipulated in the order dated 20.11.2019 shall remain as it is.
