2. On 17.02.2026, relief was granted to the petitioner, but inadvertently, certain typographical mistakes have taken place inasmuch as in the cause-title, the Police Station Rani Talab has been recorded as Raniya Talab which needs to be modified. Further in paragraph-2 and paragraph-8, the Rani Talab P.S. Case No. 454 of 2025 has been recorded as Rani Talab P.S. Case No. 454 of 2024.
3. Accordingly, paragraph nos. 2 and 8 of order dated 17.02.2026 stands modified as under:
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ranitalab P.S. Case No. 454 of 2025 for the offence under sections 30(a) of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20154 of 2026(2) dt.03-04-2026 2/2 the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
8. Let the petitioner be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the receipt of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Excise Judge, Danapur in connection with Ranitalab P.S. Case No. 454 of 2025 subject to the following conditions:
4. Further, in the cause-title, Raniyatalab be read as Ranitalab.
5. The period of surrender is further extended by four weeks from today.
