JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From a room of the house of co-accused Baleshwar Prasad and Sunil Prasad, liquor was recovered and it is suspected that the petitioner and others are involved in the business of liquor. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the fact that there is no substantial material against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees
