This application, for grant of regular bail, arises out of S.T. No. 904 of 2021, arising out of Kishanpur Police Station Case No. 168 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

It is alleged that 1683 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from the Magic van of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 04.01.2023 and he has clean antecedent. Considering the fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Excise Exclusive
