1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. Though the present petition has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No.527 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 365, 366, 366A and 34 of the IPC, however, considering the fact that the victim girl has alleged, in her statement made under Section 164 of Cr.P.C, before the learned Magistrate that the petitioner had kidnapped her, forcefully married her and had engaged in committing misdeed with her, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22704 of 2024(3) dt.12-07-2024 2/2 C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No.527 of 2018, within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail. Liberty so sought is granted.
