2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 467, 468, 420 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No.50 of 2014.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner is an old and ailing lady and supplied certificate in question which came to her possession after death of her husband and had no occasion to doubt genuineness thereof. In any event, the licence of PDS shop has since been cancelled.
4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of

No.42542 of 2014 (2) dt.20-03-2015 2/2 communication of this order, let the petitioner (Maheshwari Devi) be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No.50 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. with additional condition that the petitioner will be well represented on each and every date and if she fails to do so on two consecutive dates, her bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the Court concerned.
