The petitioner seeks bail in Dhaka P.S. Case No. 211/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

About 9 litres of country made liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner for that the petitioner is in jail since 01.08.2016. He has already remained in jail for about five months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48217 of 2016 (2) dt.23-12-2016 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikarahna at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 211/2016.
