JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 24 bottles of Indian Made foreign liquor were, allegedly, recovered from possession of the petitioner, while petitioner was caught by police officials on a railway platform. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that neither seizure list nor the memo of arrest bears the signature of petitioner which goes to show the false implication of the petitioner and, moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since long without having any criminal antecedent.
Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
