Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 194 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under sections 376, 341, 323, 420 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that entire allegation levelled against him in the F.I.R. is false as the informant lodged the present case after few months of birth of child. As a matter of fact, the informant is married to one Upendra Sahani and only to harass the petitioner, present false case has been lodged. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 03.08.2018.

No.61133 of 2018(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Biraul in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 194 of 2015.
