2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is aggrieved by an order of punishment dated 20.07.2015 by way of a disciplinary action in a departmental proceeding and the learned counsel for the petitioner himself submits that there is a remedy of appeal and the petitioner has also already filed an appeal, this Court must hold the present writ application to be wholly premature and ill advised.

3. When such an observation has been made, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application in order to enable the petitioner to pursue his pending

Patna High Court CWJC No.12720 of 2015 (2) dt.18-08-2015 2/2 appeal.

4. That being so, this writ application is permitted to be withdrawn with the aforementioned liberty.
