JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 461, 379 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent but in the present case, paragraph-76 of the case diary goes to show that when petitioner was arrested, the footage of C.C. T.V. was shown to him and the petitioner identified one Rajesh Yadav while the said accused was breaking the shutter of A.T.M. machine. Moreover, co-accused Rajesh Yadav has already been granted privilege of bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. So far as petitioner is concerned, except the aforesaid material, there
