The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 307, 323, 326, 341 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, on the orders of this petitioner it is stated that accused Rajeev Ranjan fired hitting the daughter of the informant in her stomach.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. Even as per the allegations contained therein, no overt act has been alleged against him. He is being described as the order giver. He is in custody since 12.1.2021 and has no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case together with the petitioner having remained in custody for 10 months, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with NTPC P.S Case no. 56 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Barh, District, Patna.
