On last occasion, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 29.06.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 19635 of 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in this case, charge has already been framed and the case is pending for prosecution evidence. Petitioner is in custody since 19.11.2020. Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, the prayer for bail of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge - Xth, Gaya in connection with Sessions Trial
