Having regard to the stand of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Civil Surgeon-cum-Member Secretary, District Health Society, Katihar, District Katihar (Respondent No. 3) for payment of interest. If any such representation is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of on its own merits expeditiously and preferably within a further period of two months thereafter in accordance with law.
