2. The present writ application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 10.05.2014 passed by the D.C.L.R. Sheikhpura in Land Dispute Case No. 99 of 2013-14.

3. Learned counsel for the State present and submits that statutory remedy is available to the petitioner.

4. Upon hearing the arguments, it transpires to this Court that statutory remedy is available to the petitioner under Section 14 of the Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009,

Patna High Court CWJC No. 18942 of 2014(3) dt.13-07-2023 2/2 [Bihar Act 4 of 2010] before the Divisional Commissioner.

5. In this view of the matter, petitioner is directed to file appeal before the Divisional Commissioner, Munger Division under Section 14 of the Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009, [Bihar Act 4 of 2010].

6. Delay in filing if any, is hereby condoned.

7. With this direction, the present writ application stands disposed off.
