For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to start and complete the process of recruitment / selection within reasonable time for appointment of Group-D Post under the different offices of West Champaran at Bettiah District for which panel has been prepared way back on 16.02.2019. (ii) For a direction commanding the respondents to grant exemption / relaxation of upper age limit to the petitioners if they have cross the age of upper limit from the date the earlier panel expired till the preparation of new panel or till the date of advertisement."
