2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 633 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 115(2), 126, 118, 109, 352, 351(3) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim with the knife.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. He submits that similarly situated co-accused person has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.30554 of 2025. The petitioner is in custody since 18.12.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19387 of 2025(3) dt.23-07-2025 2/2 vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate1st, West Muzaffarpur/concerned Court below in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 633 of 2024.
