The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/120B/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after five years of marriage for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is not the family member of the husband of the victim and petitioner's name is Bharat Lal Yadav @ Bharat Yadav, son of Mahangu Yadav whereas the process has been issued against one Bharti Yadav, son of Bhangu Yadav.

No.36716 of 2015 (4) dt.30-09-2015 2/2 Considering the fact that the case was registered in 2010 and on conclusion of investigation, the chargesheet was submitted, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No.266 of 2010, pending before the learned CJM, Darbhanga. With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
