Petitioners are an accused in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 192 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act, 2012.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that similarly situated coaccused person has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 05.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65406 of 2019 as contained in Annexure -2. It is further submitted that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17472 of 2020(2) dt.10-06-2020 2/2 petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 25.10.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge - I- cum- Special Judge, Banka in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case NO. 192 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. No. 69(B)/2019.
